I can't say enough good things about my experience here! I stumbled upon this shop after my usual place was too busy to take me, and I’m so glad I did. Right from my first interaction, the staff was welcoming and eager to help. They quickly assessed my vehicle’s brakes, which had been making some concerning noises. The mechanic took the time to explain the problem to me in a way I could easily understand, and I appreciated that he didn’t rush through the explanation. They provided a clear breakdown of the repair costs, and I felt that the pricing was more than fair for the quality of work done. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail. They not only fixed the brakes but also cleaned up the wheels, which I didn’t expect at all! The only thing I would suggest is to improve their online appointment system, as it was a bit clunky. However, the in-person service certainly made up for it. I left the shop feeling safe in my car and happy with my experience. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to all my friends and family!

I was especially impressed with how they offered to provide updates on my vehicle’s status, which I found reassuring since I've had bad experiences in the past with other shops. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that their schedule can get busy, and I had to wait a bit for my appointment. However, it was well worth it for the quality of service I received. I can confidently say that I’ll be returning for all my future auto needs!
